The property features a collection of thoughtfully designed accommodations, including private villas, suites, and rooms with shared spaces, each offering a unique, serene experience. Thick adobe and concrete walls provide privacy and protection, while high windows flood rooms with natural light, making the vast Marfa skies feel like an extension of your space. Whether you’re staying in the Rebel Lodge finished in 2022, or the Raconteur Lodge, completed in 2024, you’ll find a quiet, comfortable atmosphere that feels both timeless and grounded.
Our amenities are designed to encourage connection and relaxation. Spend the day at the Paddle Club, where you can enjoy a game of pickleball or unwind by the campfire. Indulge in the calming warmth of our sauna, a perfect way to melt away the day’s sore muscles. The property is also home to beautiful event spaces, ideal for intimate gatherings, weddings, retreats, and golden-hour hangouts.

“This place is beyond cool! My boyfriend and I kept marveling on how soft the sheets were. Dreamy! Every single detail was meticulously executed with careful thought and intention. My 11y/o son absolutely loved playing records for us. Even better we met another guest sharing the space who my boyfriend knew years ago in Austin. So the whole “share a space and meet someone new,” really was a fun experience, especially for this introvert! We hope to come back soon and book the whole place again with our Austin crew. “Truly enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfortable - slept like a log! We could see the stars from the private patio. We were able to use the fire pit and sit outside and enjoy the cool weather. “We had such a lovely time! We rented the entire place for our family and it was a magical stay. The outside area is exactly as pictured and just as cool and relaxing to hang out in as you might imagine. We were there for Viva Big Bend and could hear the entire show from the Lost Horse right on the back patio! It's walking distance to a ton of great shops and restaurants. Our favorites were the adorable wine shop across the street, Marfa Wine Co., and Frama coffee shop. Everything was clean and inviting and the lack of screens was a huge plus for some much needed family connection time…. Absolutely would recommend!” - Deven
“We met up with some family and friends in Marfa to celebrate Thanksgiving together, and this lodge was perfect for us. The lodge itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was very chic and minimalist, and we all felt so comfortable and relaxed spending time there. The outdoor space and large kitchen were such a huge benefit since we cooked a few meals for our group. I loved that there was no TV; we were able to talk, relax and listen to music while we weren’t out exploring Marfa. If you have a large group, this space is perfect. “We had such a great family trip to Marfa staying at Bohemio—we actually booked two apartments to accommodate our family. We had a wonderful time playing pickleball together, as well as gathering at the picnic tables under the shade cover for board and card games. We read on the hammocks and walked to nearby galleries and restaurants. We enjoyed the record players and albums as well. We will definitely stay at this location on future visits. One helpful hint as you unpack: the drawers are on the base of the bed—it took us a bit to find them.” - Monika

“This place is great - freshly built, bright and airy and extremely comfortable. There’s an AC unit in both rooms and the Bohemio will soon have a plethora of amenities on top of the great decor. The kitchen is stocked with more than everything you’d need for a stay and even comes with freshly ground coffee.
The location is great too. Close to everything in downtown Marfa and easy street parking right behind the unit as well a 24/7 juice bar (little juice) across the street. Would definitely stay here again!” - Chad
